Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of mtrhost.ai’s AI operator for mid-term rentals and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service or connecting your accounts to it, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

mtrhost.ai provides AI agents that help mid-term rental operators run their business — including reading guest and prospect inquiries, drafting on-brand replies, sending approved replies, managing booking-related calendar events, and surfacing operational metrics. The Service is currently offered to a limited group of operators by invitation.

Your accounts and authorization

To use the Service you connect third-party accounts, such as your Google account (Gmail and Calendar). You represent that you are authorized to connect those accounts and to permit the Service to act on them on your behalf. You are responsible for the content of messages sent from your connected accounts, including replies you approve.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or the rights of others.
• Send spam, deceptive, or unlawful communications.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.

AI-generated content

The Service uses automated systems to generate suggested replies and other content. These suggestions may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is sent, and the Service is designed to send messages only after your approval where applicable.

Privacy

Our handling of your data, including data obtained through Google APIs, is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, mtrhost.ai will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and revoke its access to your connected accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by notifying you directly. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
